My name is Amanda, and I am a UX designer passionate about creating digital experiences that enrich people’s lives!

Prior to joining the growing ranks of UXers, I spent a beautiful and challenging decade working as an elementary music teacher in my hometown of Minneapolis, MN. In my time as an educator, I honed a skillset for working closely with folks from all walks of life. One of my favorite parts of this job was creating visual content to help make life at school accessible and meaningful to a diverse population of young people. It was this experience that eventually led me to explore the world of User Experience Design.

In my free time, I can be found reading, hiking, dining at local restaurants or binge-watching reality TV while cuddling my rescue pup.
